EMERGE is a fast growing and dynamic Manchester-based social enterprise and charity that exists to promote the practice of the 3Rs of waste reduction.

We currently have 2 employment opportunities available:

1. Sales and Marketing Consultant **position closed**

We require a hard working and driven individual who has proven experience and a high level of success in business-to-business sales.  They will play a role in strategic sales decision-making, alongside direct sales activity.

2. FareShare Operations Supervisor – **position closed**

An experienced, competent person is required to ensure high levels of compliance and team performance in the FareShare North West depot and food redistribution operation based on New Smithfield Market in East Manchester.

EMERGE Recycling

Vacancy: Zero Waste Education; Community Involvement Manager

This key managerial role will enable EMERGE to broaden its reach and impact promoting the company and the principles of Zero Waste within schools and the wider community; a dynamic operator is needed who can develop and maximise the team’s abilities to deliver high quality education, training, volunteering and community involvement services in Greater Manchester and the surrounding area. The post holder will undertake effective development, tendering and marketing strategies making EMERGE’S community involvement work sustainable by successfully launching new services in the marketplace and winning new business.

We seek a highly self-motivated individual with excellent communication and project development skills, the ability to work successfully with partner organisations and a proven experience of delivering education/training/community involvement activities.
